Recent Projects
WISHES is an exciting large scale research project exploring the potential of job crafting for people with long-term health conditions and disabilities.
I am playing a leading role in the design of the intervention including co-producing the workshop and workshop materials alongside lived experience groups.
I am currently part of a nine month project between the University of Strathclyde and the CIPD.
I’m developing evidence-based CIPD events for HR practitioners including independent consultants and senior HR leaders on a range of topics including job crafting, workplace wellbeing, conflict management, HR business partnering and more. In addition, I will be creating online resources for the CIPD website.
I led the evaluation of the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing toolkit, a resource created to help organisations strengthen their wellbeing strategies.
I designed the surveys and interviews, gathered feedback from HR teams and leaders, and assessed how the toolkit was being used in practice. The evaluation highlighted what worked well, where challenges arose, and how the toolkit could be improved for greater impact.
The final report shared clear, practical recommendations to make future wellbeing initiatives more effective and useful for organisations.
The PrOPEL Hub is a large scale collaboration between a number of UK universities that focuses on productivity in UK workplaces.
I designed and delivered evidence-based events materials for organisations across the UK on topics including; job crafting, work engagement, organisational resilience, and workplace wellbeing.
I also co-led intensive training bootcamps for future knowledge exchange professionals, helping them learn how to turn research into tools that businesses can use.
